Extended Abstract


Social justice and the spatial in cities is equitable allocation resources and facilities urban Thus, individuals with a minimum gap of protest their rights to be and meet the needs of the population in different dimensions. The concept of social justice has long been a central value for social workers, central to such an extent that anyone not endorsing this perspective would be questioned as regards their suitability for the profession. Social justice as one of the four principles of sustainable development. The whole world agreed, seeking to reduce inequalities by removing the deep gap between positive and negative rates that could have adverse consequences on the environment and sustainable development into the exclusion and poverty.

Theoretical bases:

  Social justice An ideal condition in which all members of a society have the same basic rights, protection, opportunities, obligations, and social benefits. Implicit in this concept is the notion that historical inequities should be acknowledged and remedied, through specific measures. A key social work value, social justice entails advocacy to confront discrimination, oppression, and institutional inequities.


According to the research objectives and components survey, this article is applied research. The Method Research Is Descriptive-Analytical. A survey, based on administrative divisions mentioned in various indexes such as: education, Health services, the literacy rate.  Also by using of 28 utility indexes, the method of distribution of utility was studied at 10 regions. Using Methods of standardized score (Z-Score), factor analysis in the SPSS computer software.

Results and Discussion:

The purpose of this study is to explore and identify how distribution services in Tabriz, The main criteria defining the level of development, social justice, and mobilization programs in the social justice of the primary goals. The research is descriptive - analytic study. Also in this study, to identify the dimensions Social Justice in Tabriz Using the latest statistics about of 1390, the population of the 28 indicators in 5 different economic, physical, educational, physical, health, and among the 10 regions were studied and it is evaluated by Factor Analysis Model. In the case of 10 areas of the program's indicators of Tabriz After computed by spss software, 5, 28 factors were the primary factor of the variable. All have special values 907.95 percent of variance explained, and calculate that factor satisfaction indicator and study variables. In this context one of the best models evaluated, the use of regions were regarding the present status of their home and the current situation and possibilitie. In this paper social justice, were mentioned localities using 28 indicators were examined first the importance of each of the indicators of regions-level indicators that we have access to sustainable development.


In this paper, by using factor analysis procedure to reduce the extraction parameters and factors involved in the social justice and they were ranked by using a standardized rating, the ratings are in Tabriz. The results indicate a lack of coordinated distribution facilities in the city of Tabriz. So that the 3, 5, 6, in terms of having all the facilities and services to other areas.
